End-of-Life & Reduced Service/Feature Announcementss

Effective March 31st 2025

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

This matter pertains to ALL users (i.e. merchants, resellers, partners, application developers, shopping carts, etc...) utilizing our payment gateway and related systems.

Immediate attention to these matters for continued access/integration to our payment gateway services is required.

You must ensure that whatever app/interface adjustments required be completed no later than March 31st 2025.

PlugnPay will discontinue offering some long standing legacy services/features.

The following services/features are slated to be discontinued:

Invoice Billing Presentment

To be shut down March 31st 2025.
Merchants should migrate to a compatible 3rd party invoice management solution.

QuickBooks Module

To be shut down March 31st 2025.
No alternative solution is being offered by PlugnPay in its place.
Merchants should migrate to a compatible 3rd party QuickBooks data management solution.

Generate Order Forms Wizard

To be shut down March 31st 2025.
This feature only pertains to generation of forms for Smart Screens v1
Merchants should follow the Smart Screens v2 specifications to generate their own forms
Example HTML code is included within the Smart Screens v2 specifications.

Payment Shipping Rules Wizard

To be shut down March 31st 2025.
No alternative solution is being offered by PlugnPay in its place.
This feature only pertains to dynamic shipping calculations for Smart Screens v1
Use a 3rd party shopping cart solution to calculate this & pass the gateway the final shipping amount.
