HAVING PROBLEMS MAKING CONNECTIONS TO THE PAYMENT GATEWAY?
To maintain system security, we will be disabling some encryption ciphers effective October 24th 2016. This change should be seamless & not effect most users.
However in some cases, where older APIs &/or dated operating systems (such as Windows XP, 2000 & 2003) are employed, it may rely upon an outdated encryption cipher suite, which would no longer be able to communicate with our payment gateway. Upgrading or patching the affected system is the only solution. [see link below for details]
Users with very outdated browsers may experience issues reaching the payment gateway, such as when attempting to login to administrative areas &/or when attempting to complete their checkout via our hosted payment forms. Users affected by this connectivity issue need to update their operating system & browser to a more current version. If the issue still persists, the end-user should attempt to use an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
